I started to design natural jewelry 4 years ago following an impulse to create something for myself, and could not stop.
As a Make-Up Artist I had the opportunity to work all over the world where I was exposed to creative photography and exiting fashion.
As a gallery owner I learned about indigenous art and painting on stone with all natural colors.
Designing jewelry allows me to bring all that experience together and the possibilities for creations are endless. The inspiration for the jewelry comes from " OneThousend and One Night", from the tropics, the ocean, from the modern to the ancient and old tradition and modern lightness comes into play.
My handmade pieces should serve the wearer well because they are made with the metaphysical properties in mind - the reason why I enjoy working with natural materials and certain metals like gold, silver and copper. You will find delicate creations on silk and faceted stones to very dominant eye catching pieces made out of coral, Lapis, Turquoise, Lava etc.
I prefer handcut precious and semi-precious stones, nuggets and the gentle imperfections in nature that add uniqueness to each design and I use them in bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
